Terms of Service

Version: 2026-09-30 · Last updated: September 30, 2026

Niblet Designer UI (“Niblet”, “the site”) is a hosted reference service: real mobile app screens and web design packs, searchable by what an interface does. Niblet is operated by PyModel LLC (“PyModel”, “we”, “us”) as a hosted catalogue at niblet.pymodel.com, a REST API at niblet-api.pymodel.com, and a remote MCP server. These terms are an agreement between you and PyModel. By using the site or the API, or by buying a plan, you accept these terms.

1. What the catalogue is

The catalogue indexes screenshots of publicly distributed mobile applications and publicly published web design packs. Screens are presented as evidence for interface analysis and design research — they show what a screen does, so you can answer a concrete design question. Screens belong to their respective apps; Niblet claims no ownership of them and is not affiliated with the app publishers listed.

2. Acceptable use

  • • Use the catalogue to study, compare, and reference interface patterns.
  • • Do not redistribute, resell, or republish the catalogue or its media as your own dataset, product, or training corpus. Referencing a screen in your own research or design work is fine; mirroring the library is not.
  • • Do not use the catalogue to build look-alike copies of a specific product’s brand or identity.
  • • Automated access goes through the documented REST API (/v1) or the MCP server, with your token, within the documented rate limits. Do not scrape the site HTML or bulk-download the catalogue.
  • • Do not share, sell, or publish your API keys, or let anyone outside your own use of the account make requests with them.
  • • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.

3. API and MCP access

The API and remote MCP require a bearer token issued to you. Tokens are personal to your account and may be revoked if these terms are violated. An account may make up to 4,000 requests per hour and 20,000 per day across all its keys, and may hold up to 10 keys; we may adjust these limits to protect the service. Setup is documented at niblet.pymodel.com/docs. The bundled niblet skill is free and local — it works without an account, token, or MCP connection.

4. Plans and pricing

Hosted access to the catalogue, API, and MCP server is sold through the plans below. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout.

  • • Monthly — $9 per month plus applicable tax. If you have never subscribed to Monthly before, your first month costs $5, then $9 per month. The $5 introductory price applies once per customer.
  • • One-time plan — $99 plus applicable tax. One payment for continued access while the Service is offered. No recurring subscription fee. “While the Service is offered” means for as long as PyModel continues to offer the Niblet hosted service commercially.
  • • The local niblet skill stays free and does not require a plan.

5. Payments through Polar

Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Polar runs the checkout, calculates and collects sales tax or VAT, issues invoices and receipts, and stores your payment card. Niblet never sees or stores your card number. Polar’s own terms also apply to the payment.

At checkout you must tick a box confirming that you agree to these terms, including the auto-renewal terms below, and give the immediate-supply consent described in section 8. We record the version of the terms you agreed to (the version shown at the top of this page), the time, and the statement you agreed to, and we email you a confirmation.

6. Auto-renewal and cancellation

Monthly renews automatically every month until you cancel. Each renewal charges your payment method $9 plus applicable tax (after the $5 first month, if you were eligible as a new Monthly subscriber). Billing is monthly.

  • • How to cancel. Cancel online at any time at niblet.pymodel.com/account/billing by choosing “Turn off auto-renew”. You do not need to contact us. After you cancel, we send you a confirmation.
  • • When cancellation takes effect. At the end of the current paid period. You keep access until then, you are not charged again, and you can resume the subscription before the period ends.
  • • Record of your consent. We record your consent to these automatic renewal terms: the terms version, the time, and the statement you agreed to. We keep that record for at least three years, or one year after your subscription ends, whichever is longer.
  • • Reminders. We email you once a year with the auto-renewal terms and how to cancel, and a reminder before a canceled plan ends.
  • • Price changes. If we change the price of your subscription, we email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, with how to cancel.
  • • Longer terms. For any plan with an initial term of one year or longer, we send a renewal notice 15 to 45 days before it renews.
  • • The One-time plan is a single payment and does not renew.

7. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law, expressly stated in these Terms, or where a refund is approved or processed by our merchant of record or payment provider. Polar, as Merchant of Record, may issue refunds, including where the law requires it. Subject to those same exceptions, partial billing periods, unused time after cancellation, the $5 introductory month, and One-time plan purchases are generally non-refundable.

8. Immediate access and right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts for digital content and digital services. Because access to a plan starts immediately, at checkout we ask for:

  • • (a) your express request and consent that we begin supplying the service immediately; and
  • • (b) your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once supply begins.

We then email you a confirmation of that consent and acknowledgment, as a durable record, along with your order confirmation. If you do not give that consent, you cannot complete checkout for immediate access. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot be waived.

9. Payment disputes

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend hosted access for the account while the dispute is open. Please contact us first; most billing problems can be sorted out directly.

10. Price changes

We may change plan prices. For an existing subscription, we will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before it takes effect. A price change does not affect a One-time plan purchase you have already paid for.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, or revoke its keys, if it breaks these terms (including the acceptable use rules and rate limits), creates a security or abuse risk, or has an open payment dispute. Suspension or termination for a breach of these terms does not by itself entitle you to a refund, except where required by law. You can stop using the service and cancel a subscription at any time.

12. Availability, service changes, and warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Catalogue contents change as snapshots are published; screens may be added, re-captioned, or removed, and features of the site, API, or MCP server may change. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular screen stays in the catalogue.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PyModel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site, the API, or the catalogue contents.

PyModel’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; for a one-time purchase, the applicable purchase price. This limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law and does not limit liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Intellectual property and takedowns

Application names, screenshots, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. If you believe content in the catalogue infringes your rights, see our Copyright & DMCA policy for the takedown process.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/COUNTRY OF PYMODEL LLC — owner to confirm], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country or state where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts where the law allows.

16. Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes; the version and date above will change with them. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Price changes for an existing subscription follow the notice rule in section 10, and we will email paying customers about other material changes that affect their plan.
