Copyright & DMCA

Niblet is a design-research catalogue: it indexes screenshots of publicly distributed mobile apps and publicly published web design packs so that interface patterns can be studied, compared, and referenced. Niblet claims no ownership of the indexed material. App names, screenshots, and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and the footer of every page says so: screens are referenced for interface analysis and research; use them as evidence, not templates.

Takedown requests

If you are a rights holder (or authorized to act for one) and believe material in this catalogue infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with:

• 1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• 2. The URL(s) on niblet.pymodel.com of the material you want removed (for example a /screens/… or /packs/… page).
• 3. Your contact information (name, email, and address or phone).
• 4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• 5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• 6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Complete notices are processed promptly. Valid takedowns remove the material from the site, the API, and the next published catalogue snapshot.

Counter-notices

If material you believe was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the removed URL(s), your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the court for your address.

Repeat infringement

Access to the API and catalogue is a discretionary service; it may be revoked for users or tokens that repeatedly violate these policies.
